I have just uploaded the 8 pages of information which make up the
obsolete tube settings for the Heath TC-1 tube checker, dated January 
1958.  You might want to post this info in a folder called something 
like Heath/TC1/Obsolete_Tubes. That way, when I upload the manual in a 
few days, I can put it in Heath/TC1/Manual, and the directory structure 
will make sense.BTW, this is apparently not the same as the obsolete 
tube update for the TC-2 (dated in the 60's) which you already have.
